Hey Everyone!
For all my oldies.....who remembers one of my favorite things to do....DELETE UNUSED ACCOUNTS!! The time has come once again, there is a good reason besides the whole fact you don't use them.
1. I made an annoucement not long ago concerning what everyone would think if we bought and used
VBSEO. It is a program that will uncrpyt our URL making it easier to be picked up in the search engines. We have made a definate decision and within the next week or so Tarsha will be doing that.
HOWEVER
We don't want to do this if everyones not going to post. Once upon a time...there was a DKD that flourished in post and users in which we all responded to threads at least 5 times a day. I believe this can happen again.
FURTHERMORE
There will be an incentive program in place for old posters who step up and take on posting regularly. And for once I am not talking kittens, or giving you a forum although those things can be done. My idea has not been approved yet by Tarsha since it requires us using more money, and we don't want you to take it and run.
SUMMARY
There is going to be one mass deletion of characters. I would like to know
by Sunday who all wants me to keep their accounts. Otherwise, the database is getting wiped.
VBSEO is scheduled to be bought this week. It is going to
cost $150.00. We want your word you will not only remain here posting but
INCREASE your posting for the better of the site.
With these changes certain forums will move onto the graveyard.
THERE ARE ALWAYS MODERATOR AND PK POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Now if we increase the activity that means the PKs can come back and we all know that deep down we would love to see those
blue usernames lighting up our shoutbox and giving Larien adn Tarsha a break.
