She had been like that for so long. The baby was almost ready to come out. It hadn't been 8 months but I had a feeling that since we weren't technically human the timing would be different.
"How long?" Lyall asked. He would do that sometimes to try me to plan how to wake her up. "Almost two months, we can't keep moving her." I told him.
"I know." He patted my shoulder and went off to do who knows what.
