Back in Camelot

[Amora]

Amora came awake screaming hours later.
"NONONONONO!"
Tears poured down her cheeks and she was pale.

[Maliki]

The door to the hut opened and Fenix was there, he knelt and grabbed Amora, "It was a dream."

[Amora]

She was shaking and her whole body was covered in sweat, yet her skin was ice cold to the touch. She stared at him without seeing him.
"Alyssa.......No......God's no."

[Maliki]

Fenix looked down at her, "It'll be okay. Who is Alyssa?"

[Amora]

She seemed to try to burrow into him. She pressed her head against his chest and cried.
"He killed her......I saw him. He killed her, then locked me in the dark."

[Maliki]

Fenix wrapped his arms tight around her shoulders, "He can't hurt you here. Don't worry, I'll protect you."

[Amora]

"Alyssa......"
The name was filled with such pain and sorrow it hurt to hear it.
"I told her not to. It's my fault. I didn't stop her. I warned her that he'd be angry. Just do what he says. He doesn't hurt you then."
Her nails dug into his arms.
"She just wanted to keep the kitten."

[Maliki]

Fenix was beginning to get the picture. A dream from her childhood, "He can't hurt you here."

[Amora]

She cried against him.
"Bring her back. I need her. Please......"
This woman was strong and she probably never said please. Yet she was vulnerable right now and whatever had happened to her as a child sounded horrific.
"I'll stay in the darkness and be quiet. I won't cry. Just bring her back, papa."
She clung to him like he was a lifeline.

[Maliki]

Fenix held her tight for a moment longer before looking down at Amora, "I know a way you can see her again.. she can't be brought back. But you can see her."
