Background/History
Vangelis traveled to the robot city when it was first created. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but when Veronica took over things quickly went south. Having been a military man before he arrived at the city, he was pressed into service fighting for Veronica and her enforcers. During the battle he was blinded and left for dead. He found his way into the sewers of the old city, where he has lived ever since. Though blind, he knows the layout of the entire underground, and oftentimes moves and hides rebels underneath the cities. As well, he catches rats and picks hallucinogenic mushrooms to trade in the southern reaches of the city. Lowlifes there view him as somewhat of an oracle, both for the mushrooms he supplies and for his wise sounding (though often paradoxical) statements.

Strengths Vangelis has an exacting memory for layouts and locations, developed in his travels underneath the city. His hearing is very acute, and his reactions are lightning fast. He is light hearted, and tends to find humor in very dire circumstances.

Weaknesses Vangelis is blind. As such, though he can find his way through memory, unexpected obstacles will trip him up. Additionally, if he ever gets hold of a gun, vehicle, etc., he will be as great a danger to his compatriots as to his enemies.

As well, he is quite fond of hallucinogenic mushrooms, and tall tales. Information he relays, though entertaining, is not often trustworthy. During particularily intense trips, he may set off to accomplish some task, or reach someplace, and will almost certainly get himself into trouble if not contained.
