Good luck with getting a scholarship. I'm not bothering with college. I'm going into an apprenticeship next year, huzzah!

Hm. I'm going to a good university for Art, then I'll be shooting for a position with Square Enix!!! Wish me luck, it's hard to get hired onto such an awesome game company. Oh also, sometime in the SOMEWHAT distant future, look out for titles such as or similar to "Metal Angels," "Watergate," and a full set of series' from "The Limited Multiverse" (Or possibly "Crossroads" instead... Still haven't hammered all the titles out.)
Anime, manga, and games, that'll be my line of work! Aim high or don't bother, right?

Check it out! THIS IS IMPORTANT! You don't have to understand all of it (goodness know I don't) but its good to be informed.

Fu... Is it bad that I already study physics for fun, and yet I want to go into art? Hehehe, though I'm more into things like Zero Point Energy theory.

Another wash of nostalgia:
seven years ago today, september 11 2001, I think it was cain who started a thread call "The Bad News" about the attacks in New York, there had been a recent site crash, and a active member had just died in a car crash. As i've said before, september 01 was a tough month here.
Its funny. On 9/11 i had forgotten to set my alarm, and was late for my math class (it was my second year of college). As i drove in to the university, i heard the reports on the radio. It was the only time all year i'd forgotten to set my alarm, and if i had set it, i wouldn't have heard it on the radio, and would have been in class, and would have heard it second hand.
Ironically, yesterday is the first time in a long time i've forgotten to set my alarm. My internal clock has a weird sense of commemoration, but apparently its off by a day

This is very weird, because I overslept on 9/11/01 and I overslept again today. Now Texas is in trouble because of Ike and I hope like crazy that everyone is safe.
September seems to be one heck of a month for disasters. Just the other day I sprained my elbow. It hurts like H E double hockey sticks!
But hopefully this september will be the beginning of my college education. It's been seven years since I have been to school and I'm hoping to make one heck of a come back. I know I want to major in English, and maybe minor in German and European History... still not sure about the minor's though.

Hmm...i have a higher iq than my uncle who is a top scientist at GE, yet....i don't really apply myself, but i do adore logic
movies just feel like the only credible source of art anymore....music is popular for all the wrong reasons, and only has a finite amount of outcomes...movies on the other hand, is based on imagination, thus....infinte outcomes.
although i'm SOOOOOOOOOOO SICK of all the 80's remakes of t.v. shows, or comic books.
fashion is just a stupid way to express yourself.... "i think i'll express my outlook on everything by using threaded cotton that someone else made me!"
>.> stupid fads....like those HIDEOUS glasses that only consist of horizontal bars of plastic......that defeats the purpose of them being glasses, glasses are generally used to enhance vision...these...abominations, just hinder it...
what a rant.... O.o my bad.

(Adjusts glasses) I hear ya. Yeah, I believe manga has become slightly watered down recently. We need a fresh face in the world of manga/anime to jump-start creativity again. Games recently though... Wow. Hideo Kojima is an artist in his own way. Movies I will agree are very much an art form, but Games are just incredible in their creation and execution. (Falls out of seat in anticipation of FFXIII)

Ugh....metal gear solid 4....
it made no sense...it was just a movie with a few moments of gameplay..
and the gameplay was mediocre at best >.>
the story was so lazy....hideo didn't really explain everything, but just said certain things happened.
