NaNoWriMo, anyone?

I don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but I was wondering if anyone else here is into NaNoWriMo '08. How are your stories coming? What are your usernames in the forums?

Mine is not worth reading yet, but I've written about 4,200-something (I think) words so far. I'm a little behind and probably should be writing right now. = (

'Ello there!

So, obviously NaNo '08 was a no-go for most, but I'm wondering if anyone is thinking of giving NaNo '09 a shot!

Don't have a clue what I'm talking about? Allow me to recruit. NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) is a challenge to write a 50k word novel in one month (November). Sound crazy? It kinda is, but let me tell you from experience it's a LOT of fun and has benefited me as a writer.

If anyone is considering writing a novel this November, pleeeease let me know. I don't want to be on my lonesome this year. We can share our stories of sleep-deprived nights, *headdesks*, and silly things done solely for the sake of word count. :3
