Scream, Shout, Rip My Hair Out!!!!! Then Fade to Tears.
Okay, so I am abnormally stressed out right now. I'm dog tired because I haven't been to sleep yet; woke up yesterday morning at 6am. I still have my history exam tomorrow and and I need to study. Can anyone grant me 15 more hours in this day? I am about to pass out as I write this, but I truly am about to scream, shout and rip my hair out. My other two finals are done but the prof has yet to post them online, same professor for both classes. I'm going to stress until I have those grades. History is the one class I have an A in and if I get less than an A it's going to drop my grade.
*SCREAMS*
Does anyone have any advice in calming down when it comes to situations like these? Aside from a taking a couple shots of tequila I am at a loss for what to do. I'd take a nice warm bubble bath, but fear of falling asleep keeps me at bay. Hubby's at work, so no massage or anything remotely relaxing.

.....ummm hair extentions or wigs? I hear they are all the rage these days. *Eyes glance at pulled out hair band back.* Ummm I'm also hearing good things about hats? Other then that I find a dash of humor every now and then lightens the load. Learn how to meditate and relax your mind without falling asleep. Me, I tend to pace alot. (ADD is FUN!)

Been there, done that.
Screaming helps, so keep doing that. Find a good pillow and just scream your head off. Or lock yourself into the car and scream, with music blaring. That's what I did when I got my last progress report. ^_^
Find some relaxing music. Soundtracks from Studio Ghibli animes are good, if you're geeky like me. Classical music, too.
Hm...what else. Oh! Tea is great, too.

I'm paying for my own college because FAFSA sucks! If I don't keep my grades up I'm going to put myself into a debt that I will never be able to worm my way out of lol. I passed out but i could easily fall asleep AGAIN.

Chamomile tea (or anything herbal. I love African Autumn) will probably calm you down. I'd advise the same as Kale; scream until you can't scream any more. Cry, if you have to. Be angry, be upset, and then let it go. You are capable of more things than you realize, darling. You can tell your body and your brain to behave itself. It's all about willpower.

Chronica, ever since I came back from Spring Break things just seem to be coming out of no where in school and personal areas. I am officially back to organizing my day and planning hour by hour what I am going to do.
Its the only thing that keeps me focused enough to stay caught up and on top of everything including exams. Plus I am a caffeine substance abuser which helps. And on top of everything I have a website to watch over, and a job lol, annnnnnd health that is going to have mein my grave before I graduate lol.
Remember the good ole days when college was a thing of the future and we were posting all the time. I miss those days...

*Misses those days*
I know, and my boss schedules me the night before 2 and Im forced to pull an all nighter. Im addicted to 5 hour energy shots and triple shot espressos now. I have a husband to manage and animals and house and work and school. I am apparently a glutton for punishment because I am taking 20 credit hours next quarter.
Im out of African Autumn (my fave) I only have earl gray or chamomille and lavender.
