you can start it. there are several forums that don't have a thread yet. anyone can start a thread. if you're going to post in a forum that you've never posted in before make sure and post a character sheet if it's required.

Veleius a.k.a Death (The grim reaper) Is currently riding with a spirit of Justice and a Siren to go find the man that summoned the birds and kill him, but they probably won't find, or kill him for quite a while xD
