This forum was originally created for people to freely express their stories without judgement from others. It was also created for people to addon to the stories created. However, all the forums on DKD are read by people of a wide variety of ages, cultures and backgrounds. For that reason, certain topics should not be used in your stories,.
As the original creator of this forum, I am exercising to moderate this forum and set some ground rules. Feel free to express your creativity while staying within these guidelines.
- No foul or vulgar language is allowed. "Damn" is acceptable though.
- Avoid all topics about real world events. (People are still upset about 911, WW2, Vietnam, etc. There is no need to bring up painful memories with your stories and you never know who will be reading them)
- Avoid all topics involving real worl religions or religious icons. (This includes the Pope, President Bush, the Vatican, etc.)
- Avoid all topics involving Real World people.
These rules may expand as my memory does. I have placed these rules here to enhance the enjoyment of others reading these threads. I know it may cramp your creative writing styles and I am sorry for that, but I feel this is for the greater good.
Feel free to comment all you want on this in this thread. I will leave it open for discussion.
