Remnants.
A young man with black sunglasses in an all black suit. He drew obvious eyes as this ill suited the biker bar he had just entered. Regardless he showed no nervousness, nor really anything outside of slight annoyance. He looked over the seen for his target.
It had started a week ago. An old adventuring partner had disappeared with out trace. This would not be so abnormal, outside of the fact, that two others had shortly fallowed. Yesterday old Issin, the paranoid old warlock had vanished, leaving him the last. It didn't take a genius to figure out who would likely be next. As it was Rain had no idea what so ever was hunting him.
An old friend... had directed him to a 'Dark Angel' rumored to hang out in this bar, and that she might be able to help him... for a price.

She wasn't that hard to spot. She was the only alone female in the place. The men seemed to give her space. No one approached her and no one sat next to her. Indeed the usually rowdy and temperamental bikers were cautious and subdued. It didn't last long though. A new group had come into this bar and they were giving the waitress a hard time and getting drunk. One of them stood up and said he was going to go get him some from the female over there. He pointed at the woman. His buddies cheered him on. The other bikers in the bar moved so fast it was astonishing. They abandoned their tables and stood against the walls. One murmured, "Don't do it." Another started taking bets. All were in favor of the woman. As the biker approached her the woman put down her drink and turned slowly. It was then you could see her face. She looked harmless enough. She wasn't tall, in face she barely stood at 5'4". Her shoulder length blonde hair gave her a pixie like appearance. There was a light smattering of freckles along her cheeks. Her eyes were odd in that one was brown, one was blue. Today she had opted to blend in, as well as she would at any rate. The black leather pants hugged her legs, accenting their shape. A black leather corset top hugged her top curves. Black leather gloves ended at her elbows. The black leather jacket she had worn was slung over the bar. She had no weapons on her until one looked closer at the gloves. They were tipped with silver nails. She arched an eyebrow at the biker and when she spoke her voice was like sin and innocence combined. There was an accent to it that was hard to place. She made an interesting package.
"I'll give you one warning because you're new. Sit down and shut up."
The biker laughed.
B:"I like my women feisty."
His buddies laughed. The other bikers in the bar shook their heads. One groaned, "She's going to hurt him bad over that one."
The female shook her head.
"Great you're one of those kind."
B:"What kind sweetheart? The kind that's going to rock your world?"
"No the kind that is all brawn and no brain. Come on then big boy let's get this over with."
He reached for her and she slammed her fist into his stomach. He doubled over, wheezing.
"Come on sissy. That wasn't even a hard hit."
With a roar he came at her again and she dodge away tsking at him.

The Suit clad man raised an eyebrow, as he approached. “You really should cut your losses.” He commented looking towards the biker. “She looks to be in a playful mood, but who knows how long that could last.”

The woman looked at him and glared.
"Stay out of this. I have it handled."
B:"Yeah stay out of this."
The burly biker came at her again. She dodge once more but she also stroke out of her claw like nails and raked his arm through his leather jacket. The sharp nails tore through the sleeve like paper. She smirked.
"The bigger they are....."
Now the biker was pissed. He charged her again. She ducked under his arm and rammed her fist once more into his side, causing him to lose his breath. Then she rammed her fist into his forehead and he toppled over unconscious. He'd wake up later with a killer headache and bruises.
"The easier they fall."
Look at his buddies she arched an eyebrow. They raised their hands up in a sign on non-aggression. Narrowing her eyes she delivered a kick to the biker's ribs with her boot. Then she looked at his buddies again.
"I suggest it's time you called it a night."
She turned and went back to her bar stool and sat down. She motioned to the bartender and her brought her another drink. The regulars started returning to their seats. Everyone ignored the unconscious biker.

Glancing at the downed figure, the suit shook his head, then sat down beside her. “Forgive my interruption into your fight... I knew he was rather over matched, and was unsure how you would end it. I see now that such was a needless worry.” he stated. “I am... seeking assistance on a matter.”

She turned her head slowly. He heard chairs starting to scrap back again and more murmurs.
"That seat is taken."
She drank the shot of whiskey in one gulp and tapped the glass for another as she turned away, dismissing him.

He raised an eyebrow. “I am of course willing to pay for such assistance.”

Once more her head moved slowly to look at him.
"Mister you're either deaf or stupid. I don't know who you think I am or who you are, but I'm not going to say it again. That seat is taken."
For a moment her brown eye seemed to contain flames. They were there then gone so fast one might think they had imagined them.

He looked at her though the cold impassive sunglasses. “Very well.” he got out of the seat, moved over, and took the one on the other side of her. “Is this one also taken? Because I Do need information. And I'm starting to view this as a waste of time.”

Her hand tightened on the shot glass. The man that leaned against the bar where he had just moved from seemed to appear out of nowhere. To describe was difficult. The best words would be evil incarnate and dark. Dark hair, dark eyes, and an evil smile that chilled the soul. He wore dark clothing; black t-shirt, dark jeans, black boots, and a black bomber jacket.
L:"You need to forgive Alexandra. She has no manners. Her father's fault I'm afraid."
The woman drank down the next shot of whiskey in one gulp as well. The man started playing with the short strands of her hair.
L:"You should help him Vixen. I like him."
The woman sighed in aggravation and yanked her head to the side. It pulled her hair away from his fingers.
"Excuse me Luc, but you liking someone.....does not make me sympathetic to their plights."
