Regen paused. ''A timeshift has occurred. Lethal damage has been inflicted, her contradictory nature has turned on itself. I will render aid.'' he frowned. ''No one dies here tonight.''

And with that his pale eyes deemed entirely, pupil and iris losing all shape and coherency becoming an intire blank dead white.

"Even rocks have souls if you know where to look... It's just... Not what you would call a soul, or here." The nephilum frowned. "Still, that's an obstacle. I'm afraid my other interrogation techniques are along the same line as yours." He looked at Saber. After a moment of thought, he raised one finger to the vampire in the chair. "The only other way will also kill him for certain, and that's to physically blow the remainder of his being out of his body and into a vessel. It's a difficult spell, but if he has any secrets, the person who receives his memories should be able to dig them out." Schrodinger frowned at the two of them again. "But its dangerous, if he gets control of the vessel before his mind fades..." He looked down.

Nickolas grinned in a small way as he stood back, hands in his pockets, and watched. These guys didn't exactly win awards in the intelligence department, and Nick seemed somehow entirely unnoticed by them.

Kenneth smirked, at first it seemed like he wasn't going to bite the bait, but then his smile bloomed into a full blown idiotic grin and his friends were fast to follow. "Heh, yeah, I guess. We're just packin Spiked Blood and Nephilim for Mr. Tripper." He nodded.

Nick subconsciously recorded Ashlyn's voice, and the magic within it, absorbing it and making note to use that power in the future.

They knew they suddenly weren't alone. When they looked behind them the Archangel Michael was leaning against a wall. He was watching Alexi showing no sign of moving to aid her. But Alexi looked at him and there was a question in her eyes. Sighing Michael shook his head. Alexi looked at Regen then Ram.
"Don't......let......him.....take me......Make Michael......take me.......please."
M:"I can't Alexi. You know the rules. You have to repent your sins and you won't repent."
"Will."
Michael moved forward. He arched an eyebrow.
M:"Then you're sorry you killed the man last week?"
Alexi glared at him, and her silence was her answer. She wasn't sorry. She would never be sorry. That bastard had escaped the human justice system for his sins, but Alexi had dispatched him to hell personally. She'd never be sorry for killing monsters, even human ones.
"Hate you."
She closed her eyes.
M:"We both know he won't keep you for long Alexi. He never does. He gets annoyed and lets you come back. Death is not permanent."
Alexi didn't say anything. Michael may think her dying was no big deal, but she knew better. It wasn't death she hated it was what came after. Satan maybe her Grandfather but having her stuck in his realm as a sinner was very enjoyable for him. He could make days feel like centuries while he tortured the hell out of her. But she never screamed and ultimately that's what saved her from an eternity of torture. He got bored, but that didn't mean until he got bored that it was a cake walk. Alexi opened her eyes and looked at Regen. There was something important she needed to remember. Something she needed them to do until she got back. It was slipping from her fingers. Then she grabbed Regen's hand, her eyes seemed to glow white.
"Hope......"
Michael was suddenly pushing the two men back and grabbing for Alexi. Anger radiated off him. Alexi couldn't be the Guardian, it wasn't possible. There was no way HE trusted her with something so precious.

Jade hated rogues. A rogue had killed her mother. Not a feral were like most assumed, but a clan of rogues. They would have gotten Jade too but someone had saved her. To this day she didn't know who the cloaked figure had been that had taken her away. A part of her hated that person, another part had understood the necessity. There had been too many rogues and if both her and her mother had died well chaos would not describe what would have happened.
"We can call in Elizabeth."

She tilted her head and looked at them curiously.
"What is Spiked Blood and Nephilim?"
She kept the compulsion to her voice. Forcing them to answer her with truth.

OOC: I hate to say this... but I'm bailing, both as Ramiel and as Regen. This just is not working, it's like trying to run Warhammer 40K in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. No offense meant on ether comparison, it's just the settings not working for what I've been trying to set up. Frankly the scenario's just to messed up to salvage at this point.

OOC: Yeah that sounds good. I really wish this had worked out
