I guess I should of just reported the thing, didn't notice that option until I checked the infraction on this forum, will do so in future, but not like mackar was going to be a serious asset to the wellbeing of the site.

Just let me know if there is a serious problem with this, I wouldn't want to have overstepped my boudaries.

Reporting it is what you're supposed to do....I'm surprised you can give out infractions..but then you were a moderator, perhaps that wasn't changed. I don't think anyone's going to cry foul for you pointing out a spammer.
