Rhazar: You climb a tree for some height and start flapping and after a minute and a half of flapping/gliding you weave your way to the top off the cliff. You'd have to be blind not to realize the edge of the cliff has been worked on by someone with alot of skill. The cliff ledge was at one point a road way, carved to be a uniform width and smoothness. a wall about three feet high lines the edge of the cliff, carved from the rock... it would be a very safe road to travel on. Looking down you can see a vast spread of the cliff below you, its perfectly smooth....perfectly. only two blemishes mar the cliff side. One is the cave at the bottom and the other is the collapsed rubble of that is all that remains of the lair of the dragon that Kilgorn Sharl (read the first post) collapsed on himself and the dragon (its a mass of giant boulders, no way in there), otherwise the cliff base is marred only by the occasional bush or tree...but you don't think they're hiding anything. One thing you can see, but couldn't from the ground, is that the entire area from the monastary to the cave looks a little different from the rest of the landscape, like its sunken a little deeper into the ground. It appears to you that at one point the entire area was a lake, now dried up for at most 80 years, maybe less. you can't see any source for the lake to have come from, unless it flowed out of the cave....
Bleys: You prepare
Gaaz: no cover, you sit and think invisible thoughts
