Silent Walls

[Gemma Ward]

"Did you see something?" Gemma asked.

She had finished scanning the room and was sure that aside from a few stray mice running around the building, they were alone.

[Cain]

"Hmmmm nope nope, I see...hall, just hall. Did you see something? You were looking first you were! *Sighs* Why must the night always be so borring? No one ever does anything..."

[Gemma Ward]

"No, I was merely looking to see if anyone else was around." She said.

She looked around once more. "Would you care to go on a walk?"

[Cain]

"Hmmmm."
He took up a pose as if going into deep serious thought. Then grinned his feline grin...of pointy teeth...
"Nope! Don't mind at all! I was getting bored!"
*nod nod nod nod*

[Gemma Ward]

Gemma began walking toward one of the open doors. As she approached it, the wind seemed to open it up in front of them. On the other side was another hallway, very much the same as the one they had just been standing in. The walls were just as dimly lit, and were decorated with portraits of unknown men and women. The end of the hallway opened up into a grand foyer and two staircases that circled around, landing in front of the arched doorway. The entry was filled with two solid, aged oak doors. The rest of the outter wall was filled with stained glass windows, much the same as the one in the previous hallway.

[Cain]

As they passed the doors he watched them, turning so he was looking at one the whole time.
"Ooooh..that was neat, did you do that? How was it done. Do you think I could learn to do that?"

[Gemma Ward]

"Do what?" Gemma asked as she made her way down the stairs to the door. When she reached the bottom, she proceeded to the door.

[Cain]

Twitch fallowed after her.
"The door back there, you didn't touch it and I didn't touch it, but it opened before we got to it."
His eyes took on an exited cheerfull look.
"Oh maybe it was a ghost! I hear they can do stuff like that! I've never seen one though..."
