Fallen From Grace

[Aphrodite]

"Sam? What's he talking about? What's going on?" My voice shook and I blinked back frightened tears.

[Apollo]

"What you don't know?" He said before Mike could answer. "You too weren't exactly on the 'good side' of God either." He walked on all fours to get to Mike and looked up, hunched over and bent low to the ground. "You, you felt horrible about sending Lucifer to Hell, and god told you to show no pity, but you did. He had actually told you. . . To kill you're brother. . ." He shuffled again and stood in front of me, I swallowed hard.
"You are a piece of work, thinking you'r so much better than me. You betrayed God, gave Lucifer friendship, even after his Fall. So when he offered you a ruling spot in hell?" He chuckled and stood slowly, to stand at me nose to nose. "you were going to take it, right after you gave a shot at the big man. . .and missed, because God's new favorite was not so. . ." He got closer and whiepered the last part in my ear. "Lenient."

[Aphrodite]

I shook with fear. I couldn't move, couldn't think, couldn't breathe. I had never been so afraid in my life.

"Get away from him!" I shouted. Oh shit. What did I just do?

[Apollo]

As Beezlebub looked to where rosaline had shouted, me and Mike did the same thing. We stabbed him.
His eyes went open and he looked down to see the blades coming out of his chest.
"By divine right, and the winged jury." We said together. We got closer, one to each ear. "We destroy you demon." We pulled them out and watched him fall, his feet started to burn as he held his wounds.
"And you don't even knnow where your fellow angel is." He tried to laugh but the blood has gotten into his mouth and he was choking on it. "He's somewhere Sammy boy here should know very well." He looked at me with a crooked smile. "Where the last Angel's stood against your blade before you fell." I gritted my teeth and pusged my heel into his wound and watched the fire consume the rest of him.
I took Rosaline's hand, kissed it softly, gave her a soft smile and started to walk out.

[Aphrodite]

I hesitated and looked at Sam.

"What was he talking about? What happened before you fell?"

[Apollo]

I looked at Mike. He nodded once as he cleaned his giant sword. I sighed. "I was above Greece, I fell into the Parthenon." I answered bluntly. when I woke up I had no memory of anything. I was brought to a hospital and from there I told the nurses of ancient battles. After a while I was picked up by the guild, they told me I was what was called an 'old soul'. Which meant that I had loved many lives and was connected to all of them, reborn in the same body but different names and stuff like that."
"If Vince is in Greece, he'll be somewhere by there. Vince was the one who picked him up from the hospital and brought him to the guild. He's the reason we do what we do." Mike started to head to the exit but thought better of it. "We don't have time to catch a plane. I say we Wing it." He said. I nodded again, my eyes never leaving Rosaline's.
"How would you feel about flying?"

[Aphrodite]

"I'm scared," I whispered and my gaze dropped to the ground. "Of everything."

I couldn't meet Sam's gaze again. The truth was I didn't want to fly. I didn't want to go and maybe see Sam get hurt or killed. But I also didn't want to leave his side.

[Apollo]

"Hey its ok. Let me show you something ok?" I came close and took her into my arms, hugging her. "It's all going to be ok." I gave her a long kiss, and when we were done. We were in Greece. "We're here Rose."

[Aphrodite]

I looked around and sure enough the cave had disappeared and we were in Greece. My head was spinning and my knees buckled under me. I collapsed to the ground. But how?

Then everything went black.

[Apollo]

My eyes grew wide and I know I screamed her name but I could barely hear it. I watched her start to fall slowly, my wings caught her and I drew her into my arms.
