Puck looked back at Alexi and smiled while tilting his head.

"Attorney? What's that?"

That this point his right eye seemed to start twitching. It was almost like the rapid eye movement of someone who was asleep.

The movement stopped and he furrowed his brow

The eye started twitching again.

He paused before tilting his head to the other side.

He blinked a moment before shaking his head and crossing his arms.
"Well now that's just too much. "

He wasn't even looking at Alexi anymore, he almost seemed to have have forgotten her. At this point the iris of his right eye actually started to spin and his mouth started moving as if rapidly saying something but with no sound. Were any actually able to read his lips, he was going over the definitions of: Legal, authority, constitution, rules, jurisprudence, instinctive, God, and a few others.

The scan would likely show we was not currently connecting to any wireless signal. He turned that relay for his transmitter and receiver off

What do we have here?

Out of the corner of his eye, Miika caught the image of a young boy and an Enforcer.

Looks like the kid's in some trouble, the assassin determined, ducking into the shadows of an alley, watching but hopefully unseen by both of them. I'll just stick around here a bit, in case things get outta hand.

[Addison]

At first Addison did not ackowledge the man's presence conisdering it was forced upon her. There were several ways she could handle the situation: being a well renounced member of Paradigm she could be respectful and inquire nicely who the man was, or she could be Addison, assasin and night crawler with no desire to know the man in front of her.

"Addison Roethar, may I inquire as to your forced presence upon me?"

The fact he had stated he had not seen her before was surprising, much less that he hadn't seen her here. She had been going to Artisans since it opened and everyone knew who she was whether by the late night news, early editions of the newspaper, or by escaped prisoners who were looking for someone to fight for their freedom.
She made a mental note to research the new presence in Paradigm.

Scan complete. Subject has cybernetic implants. Proceed with caution.
Alexi sighed. Still keeping on hand on his shoulder, she reached onto her belt and pulled out a set of cuffs. They were specially designed for Enforcers. Considering the advancements in technology the cuffs had to be unbreakable. They were made out of a strengthed metal.
"If you don't have a lawyer one will be provided for you. I need you to come along now. I have to put these on you. Let's make this easy and painless. Put your hands behind your back. I'm going to have to take you in."

Puck didn't say anything at first, although his mouth finally stopped moving. There was a moment's pause before his wireless receiver and transmitter came online and he linked into the nearby fast food restaurant's wireless network. Within a moment he was connected to a government site on current rules and regulations.

He didn't seem to have heard her.

"I..." He started, and then he stopped, his eyes twitching a little. He smiled, "I'm havoc." The name would set off alarms all by itself. havoc had been lost. He came out of a chop shop years before, an assassin who volunteered for cyber-ops. He had gone under on the table and never remembered anything, except the name that the doctor called him, which he swore was his one and only name. Havoc. "I came here for...." He looked around blankly, "Coffee?" He wasn't entirely sure why he was there, and now that he had grown unsure, he wasn't sure of where he was at all, or who he was, or even what year it was. There was an audible whirring as his processor kicked in, "I'm Havvoc, assassin extraodrinaire, cybernetic implants to prevent my death at an ealier age. I was dying. It was necessary for me to coninu\e my line of work as a professional. Backup drive engaged, loading processor memory one 01:05:30:23 Logged information, insertion and attachment complete. Backup harddrive installed, memory uploaded into file Life memory. Codename Havvoc is now operational." The voice that took him over and echoed out of him sounded like a recording of a monotone digital voice from one of the archaic computers of old. he blinked and said, "Huh? What?" He rubbed his head, the whirring growing louder. "I have a headache."

[Alexi]

Sighing Alexi grabbed his arm with her hand and started to put it behind his back.
"Guess we are doing it the hard way then."

Looks like there'll be trouble.

Miika's hand went to one of his guns in a holster and he tightened his grip around the metal. Ever-so-slowly and stealthfully, he crept out of the shadows closer toward the place where the Enforcer and the kid were. Still out of sight of the two (he hoped), but within range, he stopped, back against the chrome wall of a building.

The assassin watched the Enforcer intently, ready to fire if she tried anything.

The kid may not be totally innocent, he thought. But I'm not gonna let that power-hungry freak hurt him.

[Addison]

Addison had stood up at this point placing the paper on the table. She grabbed her latte. She was unsure as to whether or not this was some kind of trick. The fact that he was an assassin was openly stated was unusual; none in these parts would ever say such things for it would end with them in sure death had any Enforcers heard. The last thing she needed was to place her life at risk...

"Well, I think you had best leave Paradigm or at least get your sysytem under control before you get yourself fried. Excuse me I have to get to work."

As Addison stepped out of the cafe her sense drew her to the right where she turned to see the Enforcer holding the arm of the kid; she also sensed another presence...she couldn't place where it was...She knew this was not her battle but with all this attention being drawn into the open it was putting too many people at risk.

Addison briskly approached the Enforcer...

"Did, I hear something about a lawyer..."

[Cain]

It was then that Puck's repressed training kicked in. His right eye spun and he seemed to snap out of the trance he seemed to have been.
"Why? In where? Who are you anyways? I'm not supposed to talk to strangers. Hey careful, you'll break my shoulder. Oh I shouldn't need one I just downloaded copies of the legal code from the government training site."
He seemed to be reviewing what had happened around him while his mind had been elsewhere and reacting to it then.
"..Uh wait...that's not right...I know I ...it's gone! I put it.. running system diagnostic!"
His right eye started spinning again and there was a light humm that came from his shoulder.

He wasn't really sure how he knew what to do, but during the diagnostic he created new memories in his filebank and system files. Specialy coding thier data for when they were created and last modified. He wasn't going to deny having tampered with the bot and given it the wrapper instead of cash, but instead he was going to claim he was not aware of said actions.

" . . . . Agh! No, no no! . . Ha! Virus detected and quarantined!"
The whirring stopped
"Ummm, do either of you have a like a flash drive, it'll need to be a few terabytes? USB 3.0 or better would be best or this will take, like, forever! I wanna get this perception filter off my memory bank as soon as possible."
He tested the handcuffs but not in a forceful way of someone trying to break free.
"Ummm, did I do something wrong?"
