Alright. Sorry in advance for what will follow... but the stats for anyone wishing to have a full-conversion replacement cybernetic body... here it is.
S.D.C.= Standard damage class-->HP
M.D.C=Megadamage (10 regular points of damage to do 1 megadamage point)
Model Type: VX-2050
Class: full conversion cyborg
Crew: One human volunteer
M.D.C. / S.D.C. by Location:M.D.C.:S.D.C.:[1]
Hands:10 M.D.C./7 S.D.C. each
Arms:30 M.D.C./21 S.D.C. each
Vibro-blade : 5 M.D.C. each
Feet: 15 M.D.C./11 S.D.C. each
Legs: 60 M.D.C./42 S.D.C. each
Head: 50 M.D.C/35 S.D.C. each
Cyborg Brain Casing: 10 S.D.C.
Main Body: 130 M.D.C/91 S.D.C. each
Notes:
Any damage to the cyborg is first subtracted from its SDC. When all SDC is depleted from a hit location, the MDC skeleton underneath becomes visible. This is a horrifying sight, as it appears as if the character is continuing to move although his flesh has been stripped of his skeleton! This has a horror factor of 14 (Will save or temporary insanity DC=14).
[1] Hand and Feet are difficult targets. They require a called shot to hit and are -5 to strike by an opponent
[2] Destroying the head of the cyborg will NOT kill the character! It will destroy all acoustic and optical sensors. The cyborg still has radar and tactile senses. Under these conditions the cyborg has no combat bonuses whatsoever. However, the head is a small and difficult target to hit. The attacker must make a called shot and even then is -3 to strike.
[3] Depleting the main body will effectively destroy the artificial body, but the brain casing is still intact, and will continue to provide life support for 72 hours. Recovery of the damaged body will allow doctors or engineers to place the casing into a new cyborg body. If the body takes over 70 M.D.C. (700 HP) below zero, the brain casing is exposed, and vulnerable to damage.
Speed:
Running: 50 mph (80 kph).
Leaping: Powerful bionic legs can leap 20 feet (4") up or across, with a running start add 30 ft (6")
Flying: Borg can use any flight pack available for human characters. (Power-suit comes with Jetpack)
Statistical Data:
Height: 5 feet 3 inches (1.58 m) to 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m).
Weight: 208 (94 kg) to 312 lbs ( 141 kg) plus the weight of the PC.
Physical Attributes: STR. 23, CON. 20, and SPD. 90 ft (18").
Power System: Nuclear Fusion, average life is 5 years, possible to create magical power-crystals with Craft Wonderous Item feat, average crystal life 15 years.
Cargo: None.
40,000,000 gold to upgrade in complete. Sponsors will pay in return for bounty hunting service or body guarding, or as endentured servitude as a soldier/gladiator.
Standard Bionic Features (Non-Weapon Types):- Bionic Lung with Gas filter and oxygen storage cell - Immunity to gas attacks and spells, unaffected by poisonous gas.
- Built in language translator (Program up to 9 different languages to be translated to the native language of the Cyborg.)
- Sensor on each hand: Transmits to head jack, gives heat detection, motion detector, radiation detector, radar detector, gyrocompass, and clock calender, access using main computer with brain waves.
- Molecular Analyzer: Defines exact materials, with a magical sesor on sight.
- Head jack with amplified hearing, ultra ear, and sound filtration: Gives +1 to parry, +2 to dodge, and +6 to initiative
- Multi optic eye (starlight-starbright, thermal, ultraviolet, and infrared)
- Optic nerve implant
- Bio Comp self monitoring systems (immune to disease and sickness of natural sorts or magical sorts)
- Internal clock calender
- Internal Comp-Calculator
Weapon Systems:- (Whatever weapon the volunteer was proficient with built into the forearms of the cyborg)
- Laser Beam Eye: Works by looking at the target and a mental command causes the gun to shoot. The laser beam eye can shoot at any target that can be looked at. The laser beam eye is made by Triax, but unlike the standard version, this one looks completely normal.
Range: 1,000 feet (305 m)
Mega Damage: 2D6 for single eye blast.
Rate of fire: Equal to combined hand to hand (usually 5 or 6)
Payload: Effectively Unlimited.
Bonuses: +3 to strike
- Palm Ion Blaster: In the palm of one of the hands of the Cyborg is a small pulse Ion weapon. The system is basically a Triax TX-24 that has been removed from its casing and linked to the cyborg's power supply. The blaster is located in the palm/forearm opposite to that which holds the Vibro-Blade. The choice in which arm/hand to locate which is up to the cyborg. This weapon is only used as a last resort, because firing it will burn and scorch the "flesh" of the palm, clearly giving away that the character is at least a partial cyborg.
Range: 500 feet (152 m)
Mega Damage: 2D4 per single blast or 4D6 per multiple pulse burst
Rate of fire: Equal to combined hand to hand (usually 5 or 6)
Payload: Effectively Unlimited
- Concealed Vibro-Blade : In one forearm is a vibro blade for melee combat. It is made out of a high density material and the energy field vibrates at high speed for mega damage. When activated the blade emerges from a opening between the knuckles of the middle and ring fingers. When retracted the artificial flesh closes over the opening as if it wasn't there, but the opening can be forced open by applying sufficient pressure.
Range: Hand to Hand
Mega Damage: 2D6.
Number of Attacks: Equal to combined hand to hand (usually 5 or 6)
Payload: Effectively Unlimited
- Optional Hand Held Weapons: The Cyborg can use any human sized and slightly larger than human sized weapons. These can include rail guns, energy rifles, energy pistols, grenades, and other weapons.
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Rather than use a weapon, the cyborg can engage in mega-damage hand to hand combat. Most of the attacks are S.D.C. except special attacks.
Special (MDC) attacks done with bare hands/feet strip the SDC covering off the appendage used, exposing the ceramic cyborg components beneath!
Attacks per melee: Equal to player characters hand to hand attacks.
Combat Bouses: +6 to initiative, +1 to Parry, +2 to dodge. P.P. 20 bonuses: +3 to strike, Parry, and Dodge.
Total Bonuses, including Robot RCC Bonuses: +8 to initiative, +4 to Strike, +5 to Parry, +6 to Dodge. This does not include bonuses for skills and hand to hand.
Damage:- Restrained Punch: 1D6 + 8 S.D.C.
Full Strength Punch: 4D6 + 8 S.D.C.
Power Punch: 1D6 M.D.C. (Costs 2 melee attacks)
Head Butt: 2D6 S.D.C.
Kick: 4D6 + 8 S.D.C.
Jump Kick/Leap Kick: 2D6 M.D.C. (Costs 2 melee attacks)
Judo Style Flip/Throw: 3D6 S.D.C.
Full Strength Ram/Body Block: 1D4 M.D.C. (Costs 2 melee attacks)
- Cyborg Brain Casing: This is the casing which holds the human brain of the cyborg. It is lightly armored, but holds all the life support apparatus the brain needs for 72 hours. The casing can be removed by mechanics, to be placed in a replacement body, or in case of an emergency it can be ejected by a command of the cyborg itself. When this is done, the casing is ejected out of the body. The casing is about the shape and size of a rugby ball. It is made of the same RAM materials as the XM-3000 fighter, and has a few basic sensors build into it.
Mega Damage Capacity: 10.
Bionic Features: 1 Multi-optic eye, 1 built-in radio receiver/transmitter, emergency life support for 72 hours.
Stealth Features: Same as the XM-3000
Payload: One

If you can convert that to D&D for me that would be great, for than I can adjust it to the system I have set up. What I have in mind for you is going more off of a mage idea. In the WoD there are mages called Technocrats who use technology instead of magic to gain the same effect as casting a spell. There are several things about them that may or may not pertain to your character.
The only thing I will not allow is the palm blast, the eye laser and arm blade are fine. I will also put a restriction on the power suppply. Under normal function is unlimited, but excessive use of the eye laser or keeping the vibro blade out will possibly over heat certain curcuits or drain alot of power for a while.
Ill say the vibro blade would cost a half point of energy to come out but can retract without cost, and cost an additional 1/2 point of energy for every 10 rds it is out, while the laser would cost 1 pt of energy per use. You can regain energy by going into a standby mode, 2pt energy for every hr in standby. Or if you come across a source of energy you can jack in and absorb 1 pt for every ten minutes. If you use up all your energy you will go into a forced standby regaining 1pt of energy per hr.
So I think that is the only major thing Im going to adjust, Ill let you know more about the technocrats and your energy pool. You can still gain bonus feats, and Ill let you do the adding of your hps up. The over all total and than the flesh/skelaton part of it if you want it broken down that way. SO start up a character sheet, make the proper adjustments and we'll go from there.
So a comedian who sees faeries and thinks hes a goat, Someone whos not quite human, A nut who thinks hes a cross between Jax and Tom Cruise, and a familar with a disfuntional family. This is going to be an interesting game.

It's been updated. mind that is top of the line equipment. It would suit a first level cyborg, which advances as a fighter in the D&D tables, and it has a racial level penalty. (-5 levels for human volunteers, -10 for non-human volunteers)

Ancestor Fox, start to fill out the character sheet, keeping in mind my earlier post. More or less its just like DnD but with the WW stuff added.
Larrin, I have to find it but Im gonna to have you pick out some Rites...I think theyre called. More or less the changeling equivalent to a werecreatures Gifts. And Im going to have to find your Glamour rating as well. Also I want to make sure you understand the whole Dreaming thing. Its looking at one thing but seeing both images. In otherwords you may be holding a stick, and yea you see it as a stick like anyother normal person, at the same time it is seen to use as a sword blade hilt and all, for that is the Dreaming. Your satyr stats only come into play while in the dreaming or by use of a feat known as Slip the Seeming or something like that, or when against other fey. So if you hit someone with your stick it does nothing special, you hit a fey with your stick and you can kill them for to the fey its a sword. Also disbelief you know, banality, hurts you and can essentially kill you. Iron is your weakness just as silver is to Cain...and you have some special Merits/ Flaws you have available to you...I believe it is called a Guise, pending on the amount of dots you put it you take damage from ringing church bells to having mushrooms and little flowers grow in your wake...Ill see if I can find that for you as well. ANy questions feel free to message me.
Cain, I think I pmed you most of the stuff for your character. I wanted to point out if you didnt already know that werecreatures havefive forms, not three. Human/ semihuman/ half-half(metis)/ dire/ beast... So in semihuman you would have cat like features, sharp teath clawed hands and some extra thickness to your body hair than normal. Metis is the 9ft tall form that everyone associates with a were creature. Dire is a larger for of the base creature, more ficious and deadly looking. And of course turning fully into the other creature itself, a jaguar...nothing special, just a bit smarter than the typical cat. To change between from one form to the other costs one point of Gnosis. The time it takes depends on the distance of the form from the form you are in..Human to creature would take 4 turns were as from human to metis would only be 2. You can revert back to base form (human) without cost to gnosis but it still takes the (x) amount of time. If you rage you automatically turn to Metis form without cost to gnosis, but you lose control of your character during the rage. Any questions pm me.
I know its taking a while getting the character sheets made. I have a good portion of the storyline setup. So when the characters are finished we should be able to get started.
