Strengths and Weaknesses
Basic Strengths and Weaknesses
Average, Above Average, Good, Very Good, Excellent, Rank +1(Average)
Average, Below Average, Bad, Very Bad, Horrible, Rank -1(Average)
(These are tacked on to an attribute. Ex: Good Strength)
(When making races, think of Average as your average Joe human. While Rank +1 is about equivalent to an human with Olympic athlete standards.)
Between Ranks the Balance works like this.
Average (Rank x) = Rank -1 (Rank x+1)
Above Average (Rank x) = Horrible (Rank x+1)
Good (Rank x) = Very Bad (Rank x+1)
Very Good (Rank x) = Bad (Rank x+1)
Excellent (Rank x) = Below Average (Rank x+1)
Rank +1 (Rank x) = Average (Rank x+1)
Another way to look at this is each level of a strength adds a little over two levels to your ability while a weakness takes off a little over two levels from your ability.
Elemental resistances/weaknesses:
Immune = Excellent
Half damage = Good
X2 damage = Bad
X4 damage = Horrible
Stops any enhanced healing = Bad
Stops any enhanced healing x2 damage = Horrible
Racial powers/ extra powers
You do not have to place the ability to gain racial powers in Strengths this is build into the powers/skills app through the requirements portion. (ex: Req: User of the Fuzzywumpkins race.) However ability to gain additional powers then those of your level will take extreme costs. (+4 for weak powers)
Anything else we'll have to work out.
