I believe it was the state of Pennsylvania where it was the law that any one operating a horseless carriage, upon reaching an intersection of two roads, must exit their motorized vehicle, fire their gun twice, and then they may continue.

apparently, cars were scaring the horses

not entirely sure of where the law was in effect, but they discovered it back in 94 and had to try and go about getting it un-written

I believe theyve had to do that with alot of laws...Ill try looking up ones for the golden state...and as for nukes in CA I dont think we even have any holding facilities for them....oh well, though it makes you think cause they only create laws because something had to of happened.

2470. It is unlawful for any person to engage in the transportation
of inedible kitchen grease without being registered with the
Department of Food and Agriculture and without being in possession of
a valid registration certificate issued by that department.

2474. It is unlawful for any person to steal, misappropriate,
contaminate, or damage inedible kitchen grease, or containers
thereof.


31301. (a) No person shall transport any explosive substance,
flammable liquid, liquefied petroleum gas or poisonous gas in a tank
truck, trailer, or semitrailer through the Caldecott Tunnel located
on State Highway, Route 24, near the Alameda-Contra Costa County
boundary, connecting Oakland with Contra Costa County in the East Bay
area at any time other than between the hours of 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.

31613. There shall not be included in any cargo of explosives any
flammable liquids, acids, or corrosive liquids, oxidizers, or
combustible materials, other than the explosives themselves, which
may have such characteristics. Blasting caps or detonators shall not
be transported upon the same vehicle with other explosives, nor
shall electric blasting caps be transported upon any vehicle equipped
with a radio transmitter. The foregoing provisions of this section
shall be subject to such exceptions as are permitted by the United
States Department of Transportation loading chart for cargoes of
explosives.
