-A stranger walked in the forests of the waste-land. Birds were chirping, grass was growing, the battle was finally over, and the waste land had survived, only to now flourish anew. Some portions were still post apocalyptic, But new plains were growing, new forests, streams were once again flowing. The stranger stood alone, atop a hill, a pure white robe flowing gracefully off his physique. Music was eminating from him as he held some unknown instrument, the song was gentle and ancient and seemed to assisst in the cascade which was now the waste land. His face was shadowed, but the seam of one eye showed, glowing a soft emerald, the other held no such glow. His hands were gloved, and his robe covered the rest of his form. He seemed peaceful as his enchanted song drifted over the lands. He appeared to be of average hight, maybe a little less standing at 5'6". Ivory garments gracing a light breeze with a gentle wave...-

[Betsy Braddock]

Betsy rode through the Waste-land on Phoenix. She saw the figure and halted the horse. She rode bareback with no reigns. However there were packs on the horse and two sheaths for twin katanas. Instead of her normal attire she wore a white dress with a hood. The hood was pulled low, concealing her face and hair. The only thing that someone who knew her would recognize would be the amulet that hung around her neck. It was gold with a phoenix in the center.

-The figures song halted as the instrument was taken from his lips, lowering down to his belt, where it seemed to vanish completely. His eyes were both open know, but only the emerald glow of the one was visable beneath his hood as his head turned to look at the figure behind him-

[Betsy Braddock]

Betsy looked at him from beneath her hood. She raised a questioning eyebrow, but said nothing. She didn't scan his mind either. She had found that some people could detect even her surface scans. She urged Phoenix forward. She would have to pass him sooner or later.

[Maliki]

-The figure turned to face the traveler, speaking loud enough for her to hear, but without resistance.- "What is your business in the waste lands during this time of rebirth?" -His voice seemed soft, softer then most. But also held a slight.. respectful quality.-

[Betsy Braddock]

Betsy shrugged.

"Just traveling. Is that not allowed?"

She pulled her horse to a halt right infront of him. It was a red Arabian mare with a golden mane. Betsy's voice was obviously feminine but void of emotion.

[Maliki]

-The figure seemed to shrug as well beneath his white robe, his arms folded over his chest- "This time is desperate. The lands are vunerable, I wanted to be sure you would not interfear with the rebirthing proscess."

[Betsy Braddock]

"I wouldn't know how to interfere. Besides why would I? I have no interest in if this land is reborn or left the way it is."

She looked down at him, the hood masking her face.

"What do you care what I am doing here or you naturally nosy?"

[Maliki]

-The figure stood motionless, arms folded over his chest, even his robe has stopped gracing the winds gentle caress, all about him was quiet, he now seemed a statue-

Betsy really hated when people expected her to answer their questions, but didn't answer hers. She urged Phoenix around him, and started to ride down the hill.
