A man walks into a bar

A man in a black trenchcoat and black boots, wearing a black ski mask and sunglasses, stepped into the bar. He walked to the bartender, his ruby lips set against white skin at the mouth of the ski mask. He was either albino... or...

"Get me a drink, bartender. I haven't seen this place around before, may as well give your drinks a run for my money, right?" He laughed heartily, revealing lengthened incisors that were polished perfectly bone white. "So what do you have?"

[Jal-Koon]

The mummy-like figure of a man in the corner suddenly sprang to life. It made its way to the counter and perched within modest distance of the newcomer, a loudly buzzing insect zipped through the air and disappeared under the man's ragged traveling robes.

"Greetings my good fellow, I daresay it's been too long since I last engaged in conversation...

He eyed the pearly teeth of the newcomer.

"Saaaaaay, those are some nice chompers you have there, you don't see teeth like that on just anybody!

A large explosion can be heard outside the bar and then seconds later dust wisps under the door. You hear a loud pop and then some hissing and then a second later the bar door blows open and in steps a man dressed head to toe in combate armor. His face is coverd by a helmet that covers his entire had and a his eyes are coverd by a shiny visor. His chest amor covers all the vital parts in a human and the amor is heavly dentend and scared. the same goes for the rest of his armor.
-he only carrys two weapons with him a sliened mp 40 and a pistol staped to his leg
- He takes a step in puts his guns by the door and walks to the bar, as he is walking toward the door he taps the side of his helmet
- is there any one out there kat, tank, spot. he swears under his breath when he does not get a response.
he takes his helmet off and sits at the bar and asks where am in in the ciy.

With a symphony of crackling joints he turned to gaze upon the newer-comer.

"Well... that's one way to make an entrance I suppose."

He stared fixedly for a few moments, the pinpoints of cold light in his empty sockets focused like the pupils that should have been there.

"I'm not really sure where you came from, but you aren't there anymore. This bar is kind of on its own plane of existence, at least that's how I understand it."

is that so. hmm well my name is cpt. wolf i was supposed to be dropping into new mecha when my pod got hit by a emp pulse and i hit here

[Jal-Koon]

"An EMP pulse? I'm not sure we have any of those around here, unless they're capable of zapping you to other dimensions..."

Jal's pride pertaining to his (supposedly) superior intellect wouldn't allow him to admit that he was confused, so he abruptly changed the subject.

"A Captain though you say. I honestly haven't met many military men in my day... unless you count town watches and guard corps. Where pray tell are you from?"

There was no real sign of Joe's approach until he finaly spoke up behind the pale man. Although, it was anyone's best guess where he'd come from.

"Ah so sorry I'm late, I believe you asked about what we have. Ummm hold on. We actually recently had a menu printed off. Might be out of date now, though. Hmmm anyways..."

He walked around the bar and pulled out three large tomes.
"Uh... that's the A's. I can get you the next few volumes when you're ready. That or I'd sugest you simply think up something and ask if we have it."

[Jal-Koon]

Jal eyed the "A" volume with shock and awe.

"Vecna's fist! I never realized the menu was so extensive, of course I don't eat very often anymore. How on Earth does that god of a chef you nhave back there remember this all?"

[Cain]

Jal looked Jal with suprise.

"What? No that's only the drink menu. but mostly the trick is a recipe book with enchanted text. It helps on shelf space a bit. I'm going to need one of my gollems to bring out the volumes on food if a request on that is made."

He sighed.

"Its really my fault for useing the enchantment for self writting text and not self altering text."
