Sample Fight Thread

Okay people are asking me how fights are going to work out here. Let me first explain that in no way are you to control an npc under my control or another player's character. If you end up fighting another player or not I will ultimately decide if the attack landed or not. The same is tru for any npc. At the beginning of any fight your fate has already been determined. I may draw it out a little, let you sweat and squirm. But ultimately I've already decided what is going to happen. If you throw a healer into the mix it complicates it. But then......*evil grin* I like complicated.

Luanna will be rpged like a player would fight. Lady Sarevess' rpg is controlled by the mod of the forum Titan.....that's me.

*Luanna stared at Lady Sarevess. She had been asked to slay the naga and bring her head to High Priestess Tyrnade Whisperwind. She immediately opened her attack with an ice blot, launching it at the naga.*

S:"You should not be here."
*Lady Sarevess moved across the cave floor, her movement slowed by the hit of the ice bolt. But she had magic at her disposal and immidaetly launched into an attack of her own. Forked lightening flew from her fingers headed at the mage. The mage would be struck, her next spell being interrupted. The frost bolt slowing effect wore off and Lady Sarevess moved across the floor, her tail slithering behind her. She struck out with her hands hitting the mage on the chest.*

*Luanna summoned her water elemental, while casting a frost nove to freeze Lady Sarevess. She used blink to move away and behind the naga. The water elemental was already casting ice bolts at the naga.*

*The naga turned to reaquire her enemy into her sights. She was frozen in place. The ice bolts landed as she began casting more forked lightening, hitting both mage and water elemental. The naga was a strong caster, but the mage had the advantage.*

*Luanna cast another ice blot knowing her enemy was at an end.*

*The ice bolt landed and Lady Sarevess fell to the ground.*
S:"Queen Azshara......I have failed you."
*The naga died as Luanna stood over her, her water elemental by her side.*

Now I could have easily decided that Lady Sarevess actually defeated the mage. In which case I would probably have had the forked lightening destroying both Luanna and her water elemental. But that my friends is for another story.
